    We also handle the heavy lifting, transport, and logistics—something many people underestimate when doing it themselves.

    Once the property is empty, we get it ready for market with cleaning, repairs, and garden maintenance.

    Instead of juggling multiple trades and suppliers, IDV Property Care manages the whole process for you, start to finish.

      Estimates and quotations that have been provided and submitted to a client after the above date are subject to changes if local industry price adjustments are implemented, caused by world events.

    • Our service is an eligible estate expense. Discuss this with your probate lawyer for further details.

    • If your project is an out-of-pocket expense, consider finance options through our third-party provider.

      Details can be provided on request and usual lending practices and criteria apply.

      Our referral is based on our experience with the brokers’ level of customer service, knowledge and quality of products offered. We do not facilitate this option internally and the decision to engage with the broker rests solely on the client.
